Child of two progenitors of a water clan. Was taken in by Wandering Snows and given various luxuries, but that did not seem to help the Fae's disposition...

You know how Fae mainly communicate with their fins to give more emotion to the situation? He just never really picked that up. Very disconnected.

He found that being so disconnected (and small) made him a good candidate for assassin work involving poisons in particular.
I imagine he has some standards, but they aren't necessarily based on some ethical system. More like how to ensure he himself stays safe/ensures he gets paid/food/etc.
