Biography
Niddhel is fierce, absolute, and in the running for heir of an arcane clan. She left, but not like most Guardians. Most have to search far and wide for their charge, but her's was met the day before she was set to leave, when she had gone to gather materials for the long journey ahead. Quoorin had been there with who she now knows as Fitcher, ambassador to the Light flight. She had approached the duo who had looked upon her with curiosity and a certain amount of disdain. She could feel it in her bones; This was who she was to watch over, to protect.
Introductions went by relatively smoothly, and the two dropped the snooty mannerisms, upon hearing her heritage. While the Arcane clan she hailed from was not well known, it was common knowledge not to aggravate the kin of a ruling family. She swiftly announced the news that she was to be Quoorin's protector. The two seemed surprised, but not overly so. It wasn't horribly uncommon for dragons to find out they were the charge of a fierce Guardian.
It was a good hour they discussed who would switch clans, while Fitcher left to bring the news to Caethil. Nidhhel insisted that Quoorin should come to Arcane; that the beauty of her clan's territory was unmatched by any sight in Sornieth. Quoorin refused, remarking that the shadows in the twilight that seemed to dance around the Tangled Woods were the sights to see. Quoorin said he wouldn't leave his position as ambassador and representative to the water flight. Nidhhel told him he could act as the same in her clan. Yet still he refused, loyal to the clan that had welcomed him with open arms. Soon Nidhhel caved, agreeing to at least visit the clan her charge had praised so.
The clan had anticipated her, thanks to Fitcher. She was welcomed with a celebration, food and drinks flowing. Caethil had personally welcomed the guardian, the small skydancer insisting on personally guiding the newcomer around the clan.
It was sealed the minute Nidhhel meet Ulises. The eccentric Mirror had been welcoming, and the two quickly formed a friendship. An odd, unlikely one, but one that the both of them would treasure. At the end of the night, she announced she would stay, if the clan would have her. Cheers were heard, and the Guardian had been happily taken in.
Nidhhel had, however, decided to take on a new name. Does this surprise you, that she had formerly been known as 'Virus'? Most new dragons in the clan are, too. The name change ceremony had happened the very same night, held by Caethil, as per protocol. With her desired name imprinted in her mind, she started a new chapter.
