The daughter of two of Clan Scatterbolt's best scientists, Nuo has a great love for the sciences herself. Her specialty is in the stars and their movements and her background in science assists her in her field. Nuo doesn't have any 'special' powers about her, other than her ability to navigate using the stars, which is a well coveted trait for the Thunder Star. As a hatchling she took lessons with the other members of Clan Scatterbolt and now she has moved into the crew of the Thunder Star to establish herself as a master astrologist and navigator.

A beautiful young dragon, Nuo has the hide reminiscent of a night on the water. Upon arriving on the Thunder Star she caught the eye of the Battle Trainer Seagun. While there is no talk of broods yet there are rumors in the wind as the trainer and the navigator get closer to one another. Aside from Seagun, Nuo can be a bit blunt, however her intellect is mainly the cause for that. She wastes no time in beating around the bush and will get straight to the point when prompted.

While Nuo was born to the two scientists Vipertrail and Cleavra she did not study with them often. Instead she studied under Quii and Quirana, who are both astronomers in Clan Scatterbolt. It was under their tuteledge that she began to grow into the role of Astronomer. While she studied under Quii and Quinara, Nuo kept in contact with her parents. They have a claws off way of raising their young and Nuo was thankful for that. Allowing her to adopt her own ideas and notions while still learning.
