Xilera

A rustling in the stark trees can be heard, and you can tell that it isn't the wind due to the thick fog which swirls around you. Bright purple eyes watch you from an extended branch, a shadowy form perched still. In a moment the creature spreads her large purple wings and swoops down to land gracefully in front of you, a rush of cool air from her wings meeting you. Xilera raises her head and folds her wings tightly against her back, looking you up and down, then tilts her head to the side. She adjusts her wings and sits down, but is ready to flee or fight if need be, her large doe-like ears perked towards you, violet opals glimmering with silent curiosity. Does she speak? No one has heard her utter a sound before besides the occasional chirp or trill, so who knows?
