Biography


Cypress is the eldest prophet, and one of the few who arrived at the Breach travel-weary and hopeful with Aglaeca. Cypress' visions are muddy at best, and incomprehensible at worst, but the rest of the town has gotten used to her ramblings, and sometimes try to help her sort out what her visions might be. While her visions are almost always about something significant, it takes weeks of careful study to figure out just what they mean.

Otherwise, she is left alone, though the townspeople to love and respect her as an elder and prophet. Cypress is powerful in nature magics, and helps out where she can, but her unpredictable visions and other health conditions make it so that she spends most of her time tending the towns small library. She's fine with this, mostly because the books help distract her from the nagging feeling that they're all forgetting something.
