"How would you solve the problem of growing tensions with the Beastclans?"
Void sighed and shook her head solemnly. "Truly unfortunate what has happened through the years, the centuries. Starting in times before me or my clan were even born. The Beastclans lived and thrived in these lands long before us dragons, and rather than working with them, we fought, tearing their homes, their clans, their families apart because we had land to claim for ourselves. Savages? I think our ancestors were more the savages than them. So much culture, so much potential wiped off the map that no amount of apologies could ever begin to be forgiven.

They may not be as advanced as us, but they are not stupid. They are very intelligent creatures capable of reason and sophistication when given the chance. Some of us even trade with the Centaur clans quite peacefully! Truly they have much to offer in goods and wisdom. They may even have history of the past we have yet to find or discover.

Overall though, they truly hate what we have pushed them to just so they can survive, not thrive.

Those of my clan are taught to avoid them when we are sent off to fight for dominance. If we run into them while training and they refuse to back down, we merely knock them out and do our best to bring them to a safe spot for their kin to find and treat. Some have even joined us after fights and join us to learn. While hesitant at first, many have become like family within our clan and we have learned so much from them!

As a whole dragon society though, we must offer recompense. We must meet with their leaders and work out a deal to save their kind before they are wiped away in our battles.

First, we must offer designated lands throughout the regions where they can live permanently. This much be done in each elemental region as the varying beastclans have varying needs. These designated lands will belong to the beastclans and no dragons will be permitted entry without permission. This will obviously not happen all at once, but if we can get at least sects of beastclans to agree here and there, more may follow over time. Step by step of course. From there, sentries will be appointed at common border points to determine eligibility for entry of dragonkind. I will speak more on this later.

Second, we will provide aid in the form of magic, food, healing, and any supplies they might need to help settle their new permanent homes. As many of us are much larger than the beastclans, we can greatly help and support them in building and starting crop lands for those than need it. It wont be required to donate to this of course, but i know there are some very wealthy clans out there and many are very nice and would be willing to help.

Third, we must keep open communication with them, especially when festivals come as it can become quite hectic and may cause disturbances. Additionally we must help ensure the different beastclans are able to communicate with one another as well.

Now, once things have settled, and I do not expect this to be quick at all, but once it has, we can open up trade between the clans and dragons. Now, we don't want to overrun them, so clans will need to apply and set up specific days to visit the beastclans for trade.
Dragons can also earn or buy passes to visit the beastclans. Some may have friends, some may wish to speak to ambassadors, volunteer help, etc. This can all come to pass and maybe even someday passes won't be necessary with gained trust, but that is something for the distant future.

For now, we must help them as much as we can and gain their trust. What I would truly like to do, is have our deities help in designating lands for the beastclans as that will help many dragon clans be more willing to relocate if necessary. I do not want fighting on our own end if at all possible. Dragon clans that need to be relocated will also be compensated to help with the move.

There is so much we can learn from one another, I do not want to see them decimated any further, and I do think they know that we have the numbers over them anyway. The least we can do is make this as peaceful as possible for them. Knowledge is the key to the future, for dragonkind and the beastclans. We have no reason not to share with those less fortunate than uss so that we may advance together and help each other in the future. You never know when some tragedy may befall us in some form, disease or otherwise, and the beastclans know how to help.

Let us strive for a day when we can live in harmony together, not fighting over split lands. Let us work together, for a bright luminous future.
