Cbtbqgz8.png ______Cryptesthesia is a kind Mirror with a warm heart. He has a strong sense of morals and principles that he lives by, and is by no means weak or a pushover when it comes to defending them. He is a thinker, a philosopher in some respects, but mostly a deeply introspective dragon that encourages meditation and speech over violence. He is humble, and gentle despite a somewhat imposing size.
______He is a proud father to many children, though not all of them have stayed in the Order. He often takes young dragons under his wing to act as a fatherly figure for those that need it. He's very perceptive and insightful, both about other people's character and their actions. 		j5vWBMDM.png

SHADOW-1.png 		______Cryptesthesia was bought by the clan in their early days, before they became and Order. They were looking for more dedicated hunters and warriors, but instead, they found out their newest hatchling was somewhat 'defective'. While a decent hunter and a decent fighter, he was reluctant to do so, and instead had strange senses and visions. Intrigued, they let him stay, predicting prey patterns and so on so that the clan could survive in the nearly uninhabitable wasteland they called home. He soon shared this job with Clairaudience, who would one day be his mate. He was trained in the time before the Order, and thusly in the time before Athanasia became notorious for her horrible treatment of new recruits, pushing them to the brink of death several times over before they were able to defend themselves. Cryptesthesia was horrified by this turn of events, but was hesitant to speak out against Athanasia, Carnage, and the rest of the Mirrors they had trained who advocated for this method.
______However, with the growth of his family and the addition of a few sympathetic Mirrors into the clan, his voice became louder and louder until he stood as an opposing force to the Immortassacre family. He believed that the ways of the clan should be changed to not push the hunters and warriors almost to their deaths, but the argument was difficult to hold up considering the clan was made mostly of hungry Mirrors who were now reaping the benefits of a full stomach.
______After much violence, he finally pulled a successful coup with the help of many others in the clan. It got rough, but Athanasia was reduced to only one of three Generals and her power was kept in check this way. For a time, things were good, but it wasn't long before Athanasia's rage was no longer containable. She seized a violent takeover for her place as the sole General. He was demoted back to the rank of seer, Athanasia's replacement for him being the Myrmidon Anthophilous.
______While upset and betrayed, Cryptesthesia remained in the clan, ever pressing towards his vision. Anthophilous was easier to work with than he thought she'd be. She all too often followed the General's word without question, but there were doubts in her mind and he could sense them. He was surprised to find that Athanasia's leadership didn't immediately go poorly, and after some time he was even more surprised to see things getting... better? He was speechless when Athanasia approached him one day and offered him a place as Captain again, replacing Anthophilous. His relationship never quite returned to a friendly one with Athanasia, but things these days are far better than they have been in a long time.
