Phoebe was a dragon that wandered the vast Shifting Expanse for years, searching for her calling, and picking up various skills along the way. She eventually happened upon a traveling circus, where she met a very strange and eccentric Obelisk named Reize. The two of them hit it off, and she drifted with the traveling circus for a while, helping out with construction and hunting.
Eventually, the two decided to separate from it, seeking a clan to settle down in. Phoebe discovered the Galvanized Pastures, and found that it was a good fit for her personally, and that it was very welcoming of her mate Reize. They've been staying there ever since.

* She's a darn good scavenger and is usually the one sent to find scrap. She has a great eye for salvageable materials.
* Knows a thing or two about robotics, but typically keeps herself to assistant, rather than engineer.
