Ivy first founded this clan alongside her partner, a guardian as red as the sun. She welcomed dragons from far and wide to her home in the shadows, eager to create a strong and powerful clan. However she was always the gentle type, never really designed to lead a clan. The Fae often felt inadequate as a leader, her tiny size and nature seeming to constantly disadvantage not only her, but her clan. This fear of weakness plagued her mind, turning her cold and distant from the clan she had previously loved with all her heart. Her clan members became fearful of her wrath, the tiny Fae able to conjure up dangerous amounts of powerful energy whenever upset or angered - a power she seemingly did not acknowledge she had. It was not until she stood over a small skydancer hatchling, the innocent being trembling in fear that she realised what her all consuming fear had driven her to be. The leader disappeared for a whole month, taking the time she needed to collect herself.

She returned eventually, like she always did. However this time she came with news no one was expecting. Ivy decided to leave the clan she loved so dearly under the wise wings of the beautiful guardian she had brought the clan to life with. Some might have called her selfish, perhaps a coward for running away from those who loved her so dearly, but, she knew what was best for the clan. While her heart is no longer in her quaint clan in the shadows, she knows she'll always have a home back with the guardian with fire in his scales.

The fae left the clan for a new life, taking only the young skydancer she had once stood over. The journey was tough, the conditions barely bearable for those 10x her size let alone a tiny fae and a newly hatched skydancer. The pair prevailed however before finding a home Ice Wanden’s domain.

This time Ivy vowed to lead better, and she did for many moons. The clan flourished. It never faced hunger, their nests always filled with healthy and beautiful hatchlings and their lives were peaceful. The clan became strong under her careful eye, just like she had always wanted, with dozens of dragons from all over finding a home in her icy wonderland.

One day, a particular Wildclaw caught her eye. His body was sleek and dark, wings the colour of the pale green leaves on the plants from the icy home she loved. He bristled with electricity and had a seemingly endless amount of power running through his blood. He was strong and smart, proving his loyalty to the Fae on numerous occasions. When the day came that Ivy knew it was her time to step down, she could not think of a better dragon to entrust her beloved clan with.

She has since retired from the duty as a leader and in truth is thankful for that, much preferring to spend her days relaxing in the clan in the snow which she holds just as dear.
