Biography

Visenya was, is, and always shall be, the clan's prime protector.
Cool, calm, collected, regal. Inspires loyalty, and assures the safety of others with her strength.

Hatched in the Starfall Isles, she learned as much as she cared to learn from her time there, learning all the magic that was written in all the scrolls and books she could get her claws on. She only stopped once she was confident enough in her magical prowess. Yes, knowing and learning and understanding the whats, whys, the hows, and the fine inner workings of magic that was around her was fine and everything, but after learning all of that in her time there, she grew tired of it. The only thing that she liked about learning about all things magic is that she could attack with magic, and that she could physically change herself with a scroll [which she DID do, to a Skydancer], but that was enough of that.

She wasn't one of those dragons who was a scholar, to stay indoors and be good for nothing else. She wasn't stupid, as her deep knowledge of magic could attest to, but she was an active dragon who loved being outside.

She liked the outdoors, she liked travelling, she liked doing things with her own claws. She liked being active instead of being idle. That, and she also liked to fight -- sure, she'd learnt how to fight through books at first, but nothing helps with fighting than to do real life, claw-to-claw combat. In fact, she excelled at it.

She wandered around for a bit, before she went down south and moved to the domain of the Icewarden.

The Ice dragons didn't bother her much, and she mainly kept to herself in the beginning. Then, little by little, other dragons started to befriend her and started to follow her. Others she would find rather much by happenstance, and out of a sense of duty, became a part of her clan. Another pair, the shadow dragons, were traveling around the Ice domain, and called themselves Ambassadors, wanting to learn about the Ice flight and how they lived their lives down there.

Visenya wasn't quite the native, but she'd learned to use her magic to keep warm in the rather inhospitable land, but she didn't turn them away. After some time, the shadow dragons decided they didn't want to go back home, and asked to become a part of her clan. Maybe it was something about the way she did things, or the way that she cared for everyone in her clan, or something, but she took them under her wing, and announced that forever after, they were family.

Others were bought from the Auction houses around the world over, others were found as hatchlings, and taken under the wings of the other members of their clan.

One, in particular, was saved from the auctions, and the little one happened to be a grand-daughter of a pair of Tiger-coloured Coatls within the clan. The little one was bought at a rather dear expense for the clan, coming dangerously low in their amount of treasure at the time, but she was saved from the Auction house, and brought back home. Her eyes were green, as she was born in the lands under the Gladekeeper, but that was alright.

The little one, later named Yectli by her grandparents, was now back exploring her own roots, and she would come into her own and learn the ways of the clan in time.

Still, Visenya couldn't help but feel a little bit of kinship with the little one, seeing as Yectli also had golden wings as she did herself. Sure, she was a Wildclaw [that must come from her Father. After learning a bit about him, learned he was a very capable (though exceedingly cocky) Wildclaw warrior], but she was family.

Visenya is a warrior, a really strong warrior, and she will stop at nothing to protect her family, her clan.
