At an early age, Thornclaw felt the pressing need to accomplish her Search and soon left her nest, never to return. She wandered for a long time and reaching the Everbloom Gardens, met another Guardian Dragon who introduced himself as Riverwind. They bonded over their common interest in honouring the Gladekeeper and finding their charge. Very soon they became inseparable and while they were still searching for their charge, they started talking about founding a clan.
