Biography

My wife is full of fear. I worry for em.

There are stirrings in the shadows. The dark ones plan something, and we think it is nearing fruitition. We have not been able to approach the lair, not even to save the little ones. It is heavy on me. It is heavy on Verditer, too. Columba and I offer what comfort we can, but I do not think it is enough.

We fought our way from the shadows. We, together, flew and hid, injured as we were, knowing the alternative to be worse. We fled together, in the cold. We heard the whispers in the dark. We have seen the worst that the shadows can offer.

I am not as strong a mage as I could be. I would that I were. but the shadows on our hearts are thick and heavy, and the strongest winds could not stir them. I do not know if strength is the way to solve this. I do not know how we may solve this.
