Caethil

Born from a long-abandoned egg at the moment the moon swallowed the sun, Caethil hatched alone, surrounded only by a nest of rotting leaves. She laughs when people say 'alone'. The shadows around her move, and she has learned to listen.


She is capable leader of her ragtag group of misfits, able to hold the strange group together and get them to follow her will.

Sickly, even from birth, she finds many tasks straining. Her breath is raspy and shallow, and her energy low, and her flesh easily hurt. It's been suggested she took on her mate because he was the opposite, and serves her well in the areas she lacks. Despite her difficulty with physical endeavors, she suffers what seems to be no strain magic that would drain any other spell weaver.
