the frightening

Screaming Fox was once a Mirror, and she has never made a particularly good Fae. She is loud and bombastic, prone to abrupt ear-splitting giggles, and accustomed to being in charge. She was the matriarch of a Mirror pack before being taken into the Kinwrack cause, and she frequently butts head with authority–sometimes literally.

She is preserved in the ranks because she is undeniably useful, and because she is a handy illustration of the Kinwrack dogma that dragons are indisputably violent, nasty, savage creatures. After all, look at Fox over here.

There is a general suspicion that Fox is less devoted to the Cause than she let on to gain access to the shapeshifting magic of Clan Kinwrack, and furthermore rumors that she sees the entire endeavor not as a holy calling but simply as a novel and fun new way to enact her violent urges.
