Something goes wrong in the clan, it's Stribog's fault. Poor gathering outcome? Stribog. Single egg clutches? Stribog. Half of clan, including matriarch Athena, abandoning for no reason? Izekial's previous mate coming back in the form of an Emperor? Stribog's fault. Clan having to abandon Sunbeam Ruins because of said incident? Stribog's fault. And it can all be traced back to his magical ability.

Of all the clan members currently and previously, Stribog is the only one to possess any notable ability of magic. For that, he is scorned and frequently the center of tales to scare the young hatchlings into eating their food. Some of the fear, however, is partially his own fault, with his tendency to brood and sit in his corner of ancient texts, mumbling ancient incantations or trying to remember what Izekial needed him to do.

Aside from the brooding habits and flying rumors, Stribog isn't that bad of a dragon. He stands tall, proud, perhaps even arrogant when he, Izekial, and Exsanguina first approach a clan. This is derived from the fact that he takes deep pride in his work, sometimes even gloating about the theories or ideas that he's discovered, frequently boring clan members to sleep. Regardless of his tendency to gloat, ramble, and his unpopularity with the clan, Izekial sees Stribog as an important asset.

Stribog's current assignment includes studying Emperors and trying to find out what they are and where they come from. Unfortunately, due to the clan's flight to Ice, he is unable to easily obtain material from important sources within Arcane and Light.
