Mad scientist, and inventor extraordinaire, he can almost always be found in his lab, tinkering with something. Unless he's out testing his new ideas. One thing he's been able to successfully put together, with the help of RoseTea and Gabija, is a machine for gene therapy. Being one that was unhappy with his own looks for a long time, with the help of a bit of magic and alchemy, on top of his own science, Chance was able to make it easy for dragons to be altered to their preferred look. Now he has a waiting list of those wanting to use his machine, but with all great advances, he only allows one dragon at a time to use it, and only once per week for each dragon, giving their body a chance to adjust to the new change. Even with that, dragons still put their name on the waiting list. His assistant, Citrus, usually handles the gene work so that Chance can continue his inventing without being disturbed too much.
