Steve Rogers, the star spangled man.

"When I went under, the world was at war. I wake up, they say we won. They didn't say what we lost."

"For as long as I can remember, I just wanted to do what was right. I guess I'm not quite sure what that is anymore. And I thought I could throw myself back in: follow orders, serve. It's just not the same."
"This job... We try to save as many people as we can. Sometimes that doesn't mean everybody, but, if we can't find a way to live with that, Next time... maybe nobody can be saved."

Captain (also called Cap or Capcicle) is a scout of the clan and makes sure that everyone is safe. A very determined and dutiful worker that is always serious and stoic. He isn't up to the times and has a bit of trouble in socializing with others, so he tends to just hang around the different scouts and his long time best friend Winter Soldier.
Before he came to the clan, and after the series of unfortunate events that occurred alongside Winter , he was put into a coma, frozen in ice, for quite a while. The effect of the freezing did something to his biology which ended up in him having an extremely fast healing time and hyper reflexes.
He tries his best to connect with others but he just comes off as awkward sometimes. He doesn't know how to keep up with the times, he's a very old fashioned man. A very loyal solider that listens to commands very well, he takes his job to heart.
Sometimes when no one is looking, he likes to draw The Winter Solider (and Winter definitely knows he's doing it).
