Gaila

A Plague dragon a past drenched in blood and violence, Gaila is foul-tempered, cagey and slow to trust. She left her hatch-clan or was banished, and was met with many hardships that hardened her to the merciless warrior she is today. Gaila is headstrong and unwaveringly loyal, and what she lacks in social skills she makes up in protectiveness.

Gaila was one of the founding dragons of clan Equinox. Her and Eve's initial meeting began with a violent clash and ended in a mutual understanding that grew into respect and, later, deep affection. Gaila became Eve's most trusted companion, bond-mate and self-appointed bodyguard. Both guarded in nature, they rarely display their affection for each other publicly, but Eve is rarely seen without Gaila at her flank.

Despite her unfriendly nature, Gaila is appreciated and respected by all of clan Equinox for her skill in battle and readiness to protect all of her and Eve's charges.
