To put it simply, not actually a living breathing dragon at all. A bunch of chalk dust gained sentience and a sweet tooth and here we have Chip.
Where she goes she usually leaves a trail of chalk markings, only the reds stain she promises.
She comes and goes with the wind, in fact it's very rare to see her with the clan at all. She treats each and every dragon like her child regardless of age and wants nothing more than the safety, well-being, and happiness of the clan. (or so she says.)
