Karmaa

An elderly dragoness with looks that defy her age. She has the nature of a crone despite her beauty and serves as a go-to soothsayer. The reputation surrounding the accuracy of her visions is that she has "seen the end and beginning of all creatures" and she is both heavily feared and sought out. She delights in visions of misfortune that are to befall others and her shrill, vulture-like cackle is a thing that can send shivers through some of the steeliest of creatures, both young and experienced.

With every vision, Karmaa treats it as a lesson and provides a piece of advice in the form of a morbid clue, riddle, or metaphor. If she encounters a positive vision, she will use her foreboding manorisms to twist the mood of the outcome and attempt a sort of "test" on a customer's mind. It is considered a great triumph for one to succeed in seeing through her bravado.

Other dragons know well enough to stay away from this raving mad mistress if in no immediate need of her skills. However she does seem to have better luck befriending sickly animals....The likes of which are unknown after some time in her care.
