Richard, the Clown

Richard could be considered.... Eccentric, to put it nicely. He was given the clan after the original leader was exalted to assist the divine, but if she would have seen what he had done, she would have denied the gods all she wanted just to return to the clan to smack him upside the head and run the clan again.

She originally entrusted Richard because she admired his enthusiasm and optimisim, which he definitely has a lot of, but he just wasn't the kind of guy to take the responsibility of running a clan. He tried pawning it off to any dragon he could find, EVEN HATCHLINGS!

But than as if it were a miracle a new dragon hatchling had finally become of age to take control of the clan and Richard passed it on too her.

But, as time passed on, Richard's clan was running out of food to feed every dragon. The clan came to the decision that some dragons will have to leave, whether if they set off to serve the Windsinger, or to travel out to find a new clan.

After his attempt to pawn off the clan, the other dragons didn't have the highest image of Richard. He was one of the dragons voted to move out. He set out to find a new clan to live in. One day he literally bumped into Karm, who was on a quest to find something called a 'tomato'. Richard decided to follow the confusing Tundra and played around with him.

These two would become friends, and eventually, Richard joined the new clan.
