A "professional" individual who has a peculiar interest in the balloon she carries with her. She is never seen apart from her trusty "companion" and is happily dragged along wherever it takes her. Sometimes, she disappears for days or weeks without anyone hearing from her, but the locals don't seem to mind too much, nor give it too much thought. Rather, they find it to be more of a blessing than a curse. Her odd behavior and rather silly undertones usually keep locals at bay...and if that isn't enough, then I'm sure Fluffy, her adorable Chimera, will do the trick.

Despite all this, she has her positive aspects! Its been said that she is always seen smiling and never stops looking forward (quite literally!). She is always willing to give out good advice and maybe a good joke or two if she has time. She's always in a rush however, so you better run along with her if you want to hear it!

Some should consider this behavior a bit...concerning, but her overall silliness deters any possible curiosity this girl may give a dragon. Infact, she is more of a threat to the local greenery (that she has slid through for the 3rd 4th time this week) than to anyone else.

To put it simply, she's just your normal run-of-the-mill fool. There is no need to pay attention to her. There is no need to question her.

She is just a passerby looking to give out some friendly advice.

-She is recorded as the #1 natural disaster in her local area, beating out last years hurricane by a good square mile. She is rapidly spreading to other regions too, so citizens be warned of her arrival. It'll be rather unexpected!

-Bring an umbrella. It doesn't matter. Just bring one.
