Lord of Debauchery and Humiliation

When Sanguine first joined the clan as a hatchling, the other dragons found him rather adorable.
That promptly changed when he proceeded to deplete almost half of their food stores in less than a week.
The lock was immediately changed to a stronger one, and Sanguine was never let out of sight after that.
He was incredibly envious of the other dragons too, always wanting to be the best among them.
If the clan had a fast scout, well, he would be faster.
If there was a champion in the coliseum team, he would try to best them.
If one of the dragons held a flying record, he would be the first to try and beat it.
Even in competitions.

He was a prankster, constantly playing tricks on others, and cackling as he slinked off.
The others barely tolerated him.

But the clan leaders allowed Sanguine to stay.
Every dragon deserved a home.
So why should he be any different?
Sanguine knew the trust they had placed in him, so he tried to live up to it.
He was on the coliseum team, training new warriors for the Plaguebringer herself.
His own wrath served him well.
He could fly into a blind rage if any other dragon tried to cross him.
It was no wonder that Sanguine had many enemies and few friends.
And quite a number of mates, too.
It seemed that every time a new female joined the clan, he would sidle up to her and so everything in his power to try to woo her.
But he was never satisfied, moving on to another as soon as the nest was hatched.
He was a handsome young nocturne, full of pride, and it was not much of a surprise that some of the eligible females were tripping over themselves to nest with him.
But Sanguine's affections were for no one but himself.
If he knew that most of the clan did not like him, well,
He didn't care.
