Though Umahi is by nature harmless and hlghly loyal to xyr clan, xe is regarded as something of a black sheep by xyr fellows. Previously a highly regarded advisor of a large clan in the Foxfire Brambles due to xyr intelligence and knack for magic, xe had a fight with the clan leader over whether to expand their territory, was exiled, and eventually found xyr way to the Aldyrfen Grove where xe was welcomed by Callida. Despite this new clan's all-flights-are-equal philosophy, newer members regard Umahi with some distrust and suspicion. Though xe is still capable of flashy magic from xyr days in the Shadowbinder's lands, Umahi mainly acts as a healer in xyr new home, making use of the medicinal plants abundant in the Viridian Labyrinth to prevent and treat illness in the clan.
