Zenrai

Found in a dangerous place at a terrifying time, Zenrai was gratefully rescued when he was sensed from afar by the clan's greatest arcane dragons. Meirlan was chosen to take the duty of rescuing him, and took the flight over to a large wind clan right away. The clan was rebelling against its ruling family, and exalting the hatchlings to serve a higher cause. As soon as Zenrai was swiftly saved and brought back to the clan Meirlan had become his adoptive caretaker, seeing as though they were the only Nocturnes residing in the clan. Of course, it didn't take long for Ebrillwen to find a valuable gem in Zenrai, and she too aided in the mothering of the precious jewel.

As he grew, the Nocturne became more grateful of how he was treated as a youngster. He Has been training and helping the hatchlings and young dragons of the clan for some time, and he has found great pleasure in it. Even though he often finds it tiring, he works very well as a care-taker for the new dragons of the clan. He has found that as he teaches the children more, he too learns about the truth that surrounds him.
