Spoiled from birth, Xingfa was always odd as a child. She was given to violent episodes coupled with hallucinations. After some time her parents asked the Omoikane for assistance with her. After spending a few years under Omoi's watchful eye, enduring layers of magical alterations, and learning mediation technique, she managed to gain some control over her episodes. By this time she was older than most trainees were when they started training. They quickly found out that traditional training didn't work well with her because of her accelerated healing ability. She saw no reason to learn to fight traditionally, since no one could harm her until she ran out of magic, since her magic could be bolstered by heat sources the stronger the better. Additionally she could use stones that stored heat to supplement her magical stores if she was away from her home territory. When her eldest brother Andlys returned to the clan they gravitated to each other due their ways of looking from the outside in. They developed a good relationship with Xingfa and she began to tag along with him even to his early morning training sessions. Eventually he convinced her to train with him and they realized that her healing ability made her an excellent beserker. This along with a lack of emotional reaction to the carnage she left in her wake and the pride she felt at the physical damage she could deal made her into a force to be reckoned with in battle. When it comes to members of the clan she keeps them at a distance, although she admires her parents (Andais and Eamon, clan leaders) and the general of the clan army (Ellisande). And in spite of her her narcissistic and sociopathic tendencies she does care strongly for her mates. Andlys has been the only to whom she has revealed her charge to.

Kun has taught her to turn her healing ability into one that inflict most horrific damage on others. Now even when she tries to heal another the process causes great pain.
