Biography
Idnerth was rebellious, his utter disdain for authority was well known amongst the clan. He had never openly challenged Somnium's authority, but given the right circumstances, he would have claimed himself as alpha with his mate Merla at his side. Due to becoming a father and the effects of his mate Merla, this has subsided to passive aggressive comments more for his own humor, not really meaning anything serious by it. (The hatchlings all seem to find him hilarious for some reason and no one can understand why.)
He is utterly unpredictable in battle and will just as quickly fight up close or use magic from afar, for this reason the other dragons tend to avoid him during fights, for just as much the reason that he might get them killed as they might get him killed. They know to just let him do his thing.
He refuses to talk about his past saying " Why should I think about things passed?" This may be the only deep thing he ever says, he doesn't share some of the others dreamer personalities.
He found his way to the clan after a skirmish with Merla that began over a deer carcass and eventually left them both with new scars and Merla with eggs.
He thinks fae are a strange lot, while imperials and coatls are condescending.
He is a part of the clan council. He is the head commander in the clan and enjoys leading into battle.
