Irbis

When Irbis first joined the clan, he was quickly taken under the wing of Saber, and though the two are of different parents and different elements, they have sworn their loyalty to one another as brothers, and fight side by side in the Coliseum. Or, they did, until the Call to fight against the Beast Clans caused both of their mates to leave Kessin's clan to join the service of the Windsinger. Irbis nearly left as well, but the Call had left their clan nearly bereft of the Shadow's sly touch, which he knew these silly, care-free Airheads would need to survive the tactics of the Beast Clans.

He knows that his brother stayed for him - that Saber chose to remain with him instead of going with his mate - and so he tries not to be impatient with him for swearing off of violence. The aid and healing have literally saved Irbis's life, but doing all the fighting himself becomes a bit tiresome, especially when a well-placed spell could have stopped some of the damage Saber spends so much time and effort healing. Still, he knows not all the fight is gone from Saber. Irbis has, at times, been overwhelmed by foes, only to wake up to find their enemies mysteriously blown away.
