B I O G R A P H Y

Thorin, third-in-command and clan warden, has not always been so bitter. Although he takes pride in his authority, organizing hunting expeditions and making sure the clan is safe, he longs for more.

Having started his life as an outcast, Thorin struggled to gain respect and love from the clan. His father, Aredhel, who was technically still mates with Galadhriel, had a fling with another dragon on one of his messenger trips. Thorin still harbors resentment for his father’s unserious attitude and treatment of him early in life. When he met Arwen, Thorin was still a sweet and loving dragon. The two had a wonderful relationship and Darksoul, the founder, was impressed by his calm nature and general behavior. Eventually he was named as the next clan leader. Thorin was overcome and accepted the offer graciously, happy he had finally been recognized for his abilities.

B I O G R A P H Y

Soon after becoming leader, a slightly more abusive and controlling nature began to show. Thorin was drunk with power and he often abused it by demanding more treasure or food for himself. Darksoul snatched the position away from him after a particularly violent incident with a young hunter who spoke out against Thorin’s greed. The position was given Tyeth, and Thorin began to nurse a deep hatred for charismatic dragon. The dark Imperial draped himself in the garb of his birthflight and embraced their savagery.

Thorin remains bitter and lashes out often, sadly at his mate Arwen. While the clan wants her to break off her relationship with him, she insists that kindness and understanding will heal him.
