Saga has always been known for her kind-hearted nature. She's friendly to just about every dragon she meets. She can often be found wandering through the clan, checking up on both permanent residents and dragons passing through who simply need some food and a bed for a night. Anytime one of her clan's members is in need of assistance, or just someone to talk to, Saga is the number one go-to for their problems. She finds it an honor that she is a key member of anyone's support system. Despite her imposing size as an Imperial, she is a gentle giant. Not the brusque, brutally honest type, she would much rather let someone off easy, though lying is against her moral code.

It is unwise, though, to mistake her soft and gentle demeanor for helplessness and passivity. Saga will not hesitate to stand up for any member of her clan if they are under threat, immediate or otherwise. It is a remarkable sight to behold: one moment she will be mingling with her clan-mates jollily; the next moment, if she's discovered some threat to the peace and safety of her followers, barking directions with a hardened expression. Only those who aren't familiar with her fluid persona will try to take advantage of her kindly nature and use her as a doormat.

Backstory
The journey from her original Fire clan to the Windswept Plateau was not a long one, really, but to a hatchling as young as Saga was when she'd first arrived, it had taken an eternity to get there. Her caretakers, who had taken her in from unfit parents, welcomed her into the little, ragtag family unit they called a clan. Saga adapted immediately. Her charming, amiable personality shone through from the moment she learned how to speak.

The older dragons of the ragtag group did well to raise the youngsters properly. They impressed them with lessons on kindness and morality. Saga absorbed every word. As her friends and allies grew up and went off to find other homes away from the Windswept Plateau, she stayed behind and trained with the elder dragons in different areas of the Shade-touched wilderness. By the time she fully matured, Saga was a fierce warrior with a gentle heart. After the previous leaders of the Wind-based clan had passed away, the new members that she had helped usher in and protect elected her as queen.

Saga tries to be a fair and just ruler to her followers. Among her responsibilities, she helps collect food with a fellow warrior, Necco, and occasionally looks after the hatchlings. While she isn't busy advising her clan members about their business, she can also be found with her mate and partner, Erling. At night, while everyone settles down on soft nests of cotton-like clouds, she rests near the youngest members of the lair—Saga has a way of making herself a favorite among youngsters.
