Biography
The Plague Tyrant shall die by my hands |
NIGHTWIND It started with the Purge. The Radiance was tainted and no more. All those not completely loyal to the King was to be executed or banished. He had heard the rumors and he had also heard that the Wind dragons in the clan were to be killed with no mercy. Making a split second decision, he took flight with the High Priestess. The shy, gentle dragoness was heartbroken that the life she had built to the Lightweaver was destroyed. She lost her faith in the deity and thus threw her Light Runestone in the cold, dark sea around the Pale Island, missing the slight smirk that graced her stoic guard's face. It had not taken them long to find the main land and not longer yet to realize they had no home. They had no way to eat except to poach on other clan's land and they were met with wrath. Roaming the lands, they soon made their way to the land on their origin. The Windswept Plateau had a strange feeling of home, to the both of them. Though the clans there were friendly and generous, they had no place for deserters, even a warrior like himself. Then they found them. The band of ruffian bounty hunters, so unlike the refined soldiers and knights of The Radiant. Their leader was a uncouth, foul, short tempered Mirror and he refused to be swayed by the pink Imperial's words of a better life. Until The Priestess convinced him to give the clan a try. 'Better than wandering a land we do not know' she had said. He huffed and allowed to be ushered into the clan. Afterwards. He never felt more welcomed. He was already treated like a brother the moment he set foot into the clan's base. He was fed well and respected for his strength. The Priestess was put back into her position of piety, though, she never strayed far from him. No matter how welcoming, strangers were still strangers. It changed when he had his first shadetouched run in. The Coatl was big for its breed and completely terrifying. Backed into a corner and genuinely afraid for his life for the first time, he accepted death and hoped that he did not become an Emperor. Then it happened. The things he saw when he was about to die was nothing short of life changing. A sacrifice and a rebirth. Now, he is Captain of the Einherjar, its first head, and the Mirror's most loyal warrior. The Windsong is his home, the Warcry his life, and none shall dare cross the clan with him in the clan now. |
