Biography
Name: Charon
Mate:
Rank: Arcanist
Gender: Male
Charon is a dragon unlike any in Nacyl's clan, and indeed unlike most from any clan. Highly secretive, Charon speaks to few and converses with even fewer. What is known about his obscure methods show an impressive grasp of magics involving life force, yet he does not offer his talent as a healer. Rumors among the younger dragons describe him as a dark and powerful necromancer, performing twisted and questionable experiments on Plaguebeasts and cavorting with the spirits of the fallen. The elders tell a different tale; from a land devoid of evil and hardships, Charon lost his clan to some unspeakable calamity and was left to wander alone. Like many of the clan, Nacyl encountered Charon as a young drake on one of his many lone travels. The two talked late into the night of the injustice of the world, and Nacyl was left with quite an impression. He invited Charon to his tribe, and the two meet often to discuss many things. Now, which story holds the truth is hard to discern. What is known about Charon is he is immensely loyal to Nacyl.
After the fall of Tzaro's clan, Nacyl spent much time with Charon. It is said Charon performed many rites and rituals to speak to the spirits of Tzaro and his fallen. Little can be garnered from the dead, though, and Nacyl's questions seem to be unanswered. However, it could also be that Nacyl simply sought Charon's expertise in dealing with the loss of an entire tribe. Either way, Charon can often be found at Nacyl's side of late.
