A bit aggressive, sometimes pushy or bossy, and usually pretty serious about things, depending on what it is.

Tends to flirt both privately and publically with Joseph, just to tease him. He enjoys spending time with his mate, whenever he can, since that's when he's in the most relaxed state as possible for him. Seriously, they might as well as get him a jar for whenever he feels tense, and then pay in that, too.

He literally has a swear jar, which Joseph probably makes 10k worth of junk from, since he eventually loses actual gold to pay with.

History
You'd think after all that he's been through, after witnessing his family aflame, he'd be a different alignment, right? Well. He started out as a blank dragon, a dragon that many thought couldn't exist, but he went through what one would call the "Phoenix Process". A traumatic event, witnessed by the victim's eyes, just may change their alignment, if caused by natural and elemental purposes. In this case, his normal, grey eyes, were replaced with a fiery orange blaze, coming slowly to color. It was the mark of carrying on, and perhaps, carrying on meant that to go through such a traumatic thing, you had to cope with it by situating yourself with the alignment of whatever had destroyed a part of you. So here, the detective had laid his case, as he thought the fire was no accident, nor natural. But as he searched, and searched, he came to accept that it might as well as be natural, and that's when he took on the full flame.
Sebastian had been "reborn" into the life of a fire flight dragon.

Trivia

Lost his first hatchling and mate in a fire, so it's surprising to see him in a fire flight, but he's motivated to carry on
Considers himself the clan leader on top of detective, until Big Boss comes back
