Cenera

The daughter of Lucia and Mar, the heads of an allied Arcane clan, she was adopted into the clan as a symbol of friendship and good faith that the bonds between the clans would stay strong. She has grown and flourished within this water clan. Though she still is a follower of the Arcanist and wishes to be exalted to The Observatory, she is faithful to her foster clan.
She serves as the head adviser to the patriarch of the clan and has helped to avoid potentially devastating conflicts with surrounding clans. She is the one responsible for the clan’s great love for bone. Specifically, squirrel bones. Currently, she's encouraging the Caretakers quest to be "Bone King"( a title that she made up.) while is annoying Felta to no end.
