Her presence chills the air around her. She tries to contain the phenomenon with layers of clothing (just to be polite), though it has its practical uses! Lusca is the dragon to call if you need something refrigerated, or if you're one of several Ice dragons who find the climate of the Windswept Plateau a little too temperate. Luckily, she's happy to socialize, and does not consider this a chore.
