Forte
The isle fisher

Forte watches from murky branches above the isle’s cold river waters, waiting for the monstrous fish lurching onto the shore for a small meal. Once the thick scaled beasts are far enough out of the water she dives atop them, using her weight to crush them. Her gem covered body keeps her from being impaled on the sharp dorsal fins of the fish, haling them to her much younger mate, Maragaine. The two work together to slowly cook the fish and other meat gathered for a large feast.
