Meditator
Archaic is a ruminator, dwelling upon everything like there was no yesterday.
Her mate and her work partner share similar views of justice, so Archaic has a good sense of the word.
When she entered the Soren clan, Archaic was nervous. She had never been out of her flight before. But they opened their arms to her. She was cautious at first, but warmed up to them quickly.
After a particularly bad day in her original clan, Archaic would fly up to a clifface overlooking her home and stargaze. Archaic loves the stars because they give her a sense of steadiness. Her mother was sick, and sometimes Archaic would wonder if she would ever get better.
In her new clan, Archaic looks up to Arkavia as her second mother. Arkavia taught her that courage and determination can still be used calmly. All Archaic knew was of daring dragons flying into the twilight sky, and boisterous attempts to attack or defend something.
"No," says Arkavia "courage and determination can be used calmly. The dragons you have heard of haven't discovered that."
"But how?" asks a young Archaic.
"You will have to find out yourself".
That comment left Archaic wondering...until one day.
"ALL DRAGONS OUT!". The lair was being attacked. The fighters went to the front to give the others time to escape. Archaic could see that they were doing something wrong though...
"That's it!" she thinks, picking up a weapon. She strides out to the front and starts fighting, but she's strangely calm. "It's a balance. A balance between them". Her blade whirrs through the air with unerring accuracy, the attackers begin to fall back. Two minutes later, they run off.
"How did you do that?".
"I finally figured out what you said".
"And are you okay?".
"I will be. But would you mind not mentioning this again?".
Arkavia is a little taken aback, but she agrees.
"A final word then. You saved us. Thank you".
Archaic stares at the door and shrugs.
"I'm sure any of you would have done the same for me".
