Yakeru

BASIC DESCRIPTION.

An exile from his small and elusive guild, the Monochrome Guard, Yakeru searched for centuries to find the place where he belonged. The same failing endless cycle, over and over again. It all seemed hopeless until one night. The night the sky split open and his life flashed before his eyes. It was then he realized that he had not been exiled- he had been executed. His soul had been aimlessly wandering the underworld searching for a home that was never in reach to begin with.

The split in the sky had been quickly followed by an angry screeching and an angry creature flinging itself towards the light. The light, a portal, was already closed before the angry beast had even left the ground. Yakeru instinctively recognized her as the God of the Underworld, and pretended the spell on him had not been broken. When she was long gone, he recalled an ability he had when he was alive. The ability to teleport. If he used it in the right place, he would be able to escape. Zooming to where the boarder between dimensions was weakest, where the portal had been, Yakeru quickly activated his power and, in a flash of colorful shards of light, snuck his way into the Fourth Dimension.

After watching from a hiding place for a while, Yakeru decided two things. First off, he must reveal and introduce himself to Yojigen and Fuun’na sooner rather than later, or risk being accused of spying for Unmei. Second, and most importantly, he must befriend and defend Fuun’na’s hatchlings. Without a proper soldier to teach them how to fight, they would not stand a chance in the fight to come
