A child of the Wandering Contagion who froze to death during a brutal winter storm that blew across the ocean from Frigid Floes. The distraught parents sought the aid of the Plague Mother, who brought back their son- but not as he was before. Little more than a husk, Witter's body feels no pain, no emotions, and has no memories. His limbs crack and refreeze with each step, giving them a twitchy gait.
