Psionic is a priest not just of religion but of magicks. The Coatl is deeply in tune with the spirit world, where he can make contact with and draw power from the Gods, spirits, and nature itself. He considers himself to be more powerful than any wizard with their 'simple' magicks. Believing that only Coatls can be priests of the spirit world, he scoffs at the magicks used by other breeds and species.

Only rarely will Psionic use his magicks for any sort of battle or fighting, for he does not believe that magic should be used lightly or abused. All spells and other uses of magic come with some sort of price, and he is well aware that magicks that do harm to other dragons come with the worst costs. They often invoke battle and dominance-oriented dieties or the spirits of soldier dragons.
