"There's nothing like the open sea. The light, the smell, the wind... And none of you idiots."

Heralding from unknown seas in Sornieth, Stikla came across the Frostbone Clan on a whim... And a wrecked ship full of stolen goods. As it turns out, she had commandeered the ship from a nearby museum near the Starfall Isles, fixed it up a bit, and fled to the open seas all by her lonesome, all to avoid matehood. She was born at sea and claims no land as her own, but her shadow magic suggests she initially came from the Tangled Wood somewhere. How the dragoness managed to pick up piracy is another matter. Though she seems to shirk responsibilities and come across as antisocial and brash, she seems to enjoy the company of the equally abrasive Blackthorne, a dragon of oddly similar interests in sailing open waters.
Loyal to Stikla is a clown hippocampus she has decided to name Osmin. The wayward sea creature allegedly followed her ship only a couple days into her journey and never left her alone since. Despite Stikla's selfish habits, Osmin took a shine to her and went as far as helping her fish, retrieving lost parts and items, and even defending her rickety ship when she had it. After wrecking on frozen shores, he spends his time acclimating to cold waters and taunts Stikla and Blackthorn in hopes they return to the sea with him.
