It comes from the shadows, when you are all alone. Only the moving of the brambles can be heard before they catch you in their grasp. Thorns cutting in your skin, drawing out the blood and the branches twirling around your limbs and throat. The moment you realise what is happening it is already too late to escape because the brambles will not let go after they have had a taste of your blood. You struggle, trying to get out, but the thorns only cut deeper in your skin and the incredible pain it causes makes you stop. With your magic ability you manage to summon a simple bolt and you throw it in the direction where the brambles came from hoping it will hit its target. Instead, wall made of brambles grows in a second and no matter how much power you throw against them they do not waver. You search if there is anyone who can help you or if you can see who your attacker is but you cannot see anything in the shadows that have fallen around you. You feel yourself getting weaker and weaker, a combination of severe blood loss and the little oxygen you manage to get in your lungs. Your vision gets even blurry and then, you finally see them. Two glowing eyes peering between the plants and just before you loose consciousness you hear a low whisper. 'That was a.. good game.. I.. hope.. you enjoyed it too, even though.. you lost. I guess... that happens.. Let's play again sometime.'
Dubhan has horrible blackouts. Most of the time he is a pretty chill dragon and he loves to play games. But some nights when everyone is asleep while he is on duty he goes into some kind of trance. He moves like a shadow himself and a few steps outside of he clan brambles come creeping towards him, moving like snakes on the ground. They wrap around his body without cutting him and he leaves. When his 'game' is played the brambles leave him and he returns towards the clan with no recollection of what happened.
