Elwon may live in the land of Shadow, but she holds true to her Lightning nature. Flighty and evasive, she never truly grew up, preferring to surround herself with the clan's many children by day and perform often-disastrous alchemy experiments by night.

Elwon is one of many daughters of two very adept engineers, so it's no question where she gets her talents from. Gifted with electronics and magic both, she recently discovered the joy of alchemy; mostly in the form of one disaster or another. She has no preference over whether an experiment succeeds, in fact she often operates without a goal in mind. Whether the potion turns her subject blue or makes them grow a second head, it is a success to her. Her flighty nature gives her a short attention span, as such she rarely puts much thought into the science she dabbles in, preferring to work on instinct and enjoying whatever the result may be.

Since her introduction to Sun, her talent and interest in alchemy has grown out of control. Though she has considerably more solid morals than her partner, she often finds herself experimenting on her fellow dragons with an outstanding rate of success. She rarely questions his motives, and when she does she usually lacks the attention span to listen to his long-winded and more-often-than-not riddled-with-lies explanations. She remains unaware of Sun's true intentions because every sign either goes unnoticed or is quickly forgotten.
