Hadyn is a hardworking fellow with a soft spot for metallurgy and weapon making. Although most of the swords and spears he creates are useless to the warriors, he keeps doing it anyway. If nobody takes them, he goes outside of the territory and sells his items to beastclanners or others.

He is rather temperamental and hates criticism, unless it is constructive. Hadyn lashes out at those who insult his work, without even thinking twice. Other than that, he takes his job as Fire representant very seriously. He's made many friends within the Clan and the others seem to enjoy his fiery company.

He has taken many apprentices and tries to teach as many hatchlings as possible the secrets of metalwork. Ammorgwm considers that he puts a lot of effort into his creations, thus bestowing slight magical properties to the weapons and tools. Whenever Hadyn asks her, she agrees to enhance their powers, making his stash is full of magical weaponry.
