  • though imposing by nature of her large size and dark colors, her soothing demeanor and gentle tone quickly put even the most anxious of dragons at ease
  • this lends her to being very good with hatchlings and fledglings
  • in spite of her affinity for them, she does not want hatchlings of her own

  • fun fact: she's scared of the dark. like, completely and utterly petrified. ironically, her duskrat is (obviously) nocturnal. she found him as a young pup, with no apparent nest in sight, and nursed him back to health. as such he is very, very attached to her and tries his best to be more active during daylight hours, but the most he is able to accomplish is a crepuscular lifestyle. during the day, he sleeps in her herb pouch (which actually holds a nest of straw, not herbs). whenever she cannot avoid venturing out at night or into caves, tunnels, etc., he perches between her antlers and acts as a second pair of eyes, offering reassurance all the while. you will likely never see the two apart.
