Evangelion is part of the Treasure Defense Force, guarding the secrets of Seaspray Island from all those who would steal them.

Devoted to Hazard first, and the Island second, Evan is a bold dragon who will challenge anyone who thinks he is unworthy of his position. He's picked fights with many dragons on the island, thought it would be a bigger problem if any of them were even remotely interested in fighting him.

He is often at odds with Takana, a Shadow dragon who worships the Lightweaver, while he, a Light dragon, worships Shadowbinder. He thinks she has it great as a Shadow dragon and wishes she's lighten up (pun intended). She believes that he's unworthy of being a light dragon and denounces him as a traitor to the Lightweaver.
