Arcos

Arcos, the strongest weather controlling dragon, resided in the storms of the wind lands and the lightning clan. He spend his time traveling from each area, joining with fellow weather dragons.

When he was younger, before he learned of his power, Arcos lived happily with his parents and enjoyed his life as an ice dragon. On a stormy evening, his parents left to hunt...and he never saw them again. Alone on the ice, Arcos feared the storms that would come his way as he affiliated them with the loss of his parents.

After years of fear and hiding to escape the thunder and lightning...Arcos finally reached his breaking point. He had enough of constant fear and running from the weather...so he left his cave and flew through the ice shards in the storm until he was right over the storm in the wind lands. Looking upon the turmoil and wind below him...he stopped flying and let himself fall into the storm.

his body washed up on the shore of the lightning lands. Stratos found him there and helped him heal. He soon discovered he had the power to manipulate the weather and create massive storms. A power, he figured, he must've had within him all along...it only emerged when he decided to stop being afraid.
