Fennel is a Healer, she helps lead Moonray as its Matriarch alongside her mate Larkspur and Moonray's Alpha Obelia. She is a confident speaker, believing a clan can only survive once all its members are willing to work hard. Fennel was born from a flower developing as a seed and mixed with the Tundra blood of her mother Fennel comes from a long line of female dragons that have pledged their life to the seed, offering their blood in return for a hatchling. Family and blood ties are extremely important to the Seedborn dragons, unfortunately Fennel was lost as a hatchling, never able to create that unbreakable bond between her mother flower and mother blood. She was raised by an old Seedborn Dragon who was long banished from their society Fennel was able to learn from her. Without a bond though Fennel would never be welcomed into the society and she chose to travel instead. She soon met Larkspur and they became mates. It is unknown whether the two can ever produce offspring due to Fennel being half plant. Fennel has the ability to photosynthesize if she chooses.
