Biography
Clan Apothecary and resident creeper. He seems to know where everyone is at any given time and is unbothered by most poisons and toxins. Much of the flesh of his face is gone after a nasty incident with one of his concoctions eating through the glass when he held it over his head to check the colour and density. It ended up being so potent that he was lucky his bone was not damaged severely.
He was found by Khrillian and Plythera when doing a perimeter patrol of the border near the plaguelands and happened upon a small hovel. This hovel had been ransacked recently, the resident beaten heavily and many clumps of his soft pale fur had been torn out. Armethrinus was brought back to the clan and cared for by a young female guardian, and apprentice apothecary learning from books brought to her by members of the clan who had found them on their ventures out scavenging or poking about exotic trade markets. He watched her in silence for a long time, his voice lost to him after his beating, until the clan Father and the clan Heir came to the chambers of the guardian that helped him.
At this time, Khaaslyrous gave Armethrinus a choice, to remain with their clan, or be left at the edge of the plaguelands where he had been found. The Tundra, much improved and feeling confident, moved to bow at the massive taloned feet of the massive Ridgeback and his Pearlcatcher Heir, vowing to serve them as a head apothecary, offering his knowledge in teaching his Guardian caregiver.
Khaaslyrous and Xerxes both approved his acceptance into the clan and, as a sign of this acceptance, Armethrinus was encouraged to call on his goddess, the Plaguebringer herself, and was gifted with one of her Plague Sprites that kept a psionic connection with him at all times, able to help him with his potions and poisons aside from the Guardian female Slythveera, who received a Venomous Toridae as a gift from the clan for her care of their new apothecary.
Immillinia and her garden helps Armethrinus tremendously as well, mushrooms of different types and properties amongst other flowering plants and vegetables with acidic properties or poisonous leaves grow easily and happily under the careful watch of the Skydancer and her mate, providing the Plague Tundra a great many experiments to come.
He likes his privacy though, only allowing Slythveera and their companion Familiars inside their clan chambers when working.
03/12/14: Finally stopped procrastinating and gave him, and his mate, Crackle genes. They look perfect for their story to work now. XD
