Biography
Uh-oh, looks like this hot-tempered daydreamer wandered a little too far from her lair (Faygers 100653), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her home instead, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here.

Gwen was famous in her Starfall Isles birth-lair for two things: randomly staring into space periodically throughout the day, and throwing temper tantrums. Her father scolded her, her mother spanked her, but these two habits went to the Tangled Wood with Gwen to her new Shadow home.
Gwen didn't play well with the other hatchlings. She was tattled on one too many times, and the clan leader Taradiddle had had enough. She forced Gwen to dig in the nearby canyons for goods for hours, and the young Coatl got in even more trouble when Taradiddle discovered her spacing out. Gwen engaged in a shouting match with her, and she was then provided an ultimatum: leave her new home immediately, or dig for goods until she learned discipline. Gwen chose exile.
Gwen prepared to fly far, far away from the Tangled Wood, fueled by her righteous indignation at being asked to work. Unfortunately, she got hungry somewhere over the Sunbeam Ruins. Rather than go through the trouble of finding food herself, she plunked down in the middle of the first cluster of inhabited buildings she noticed and began whining. Some of the more kindhearted and unsuspecting clan members fed her, thus beginning Gwen's prolonged and largely unproductive residency.
Gwen spent the next month lazing around the clan's territory, napping in other people's nests, demanding free food, and zoning out for extended periods of time in the middle of heavily trafficked pathways. One of the clan's mages took notice of Gwen's day-dreaming and, declaring it a mark of the magically inclined, attempted to take the young coatl under her wing. Faced with someone who refused to do anything but smile patiently at even her loudest and longest of tantrums, Gwen begrudgingly learned a few tricks under Hex's careful watch.
Before she was forced to learn anything of particular use, however, Gwen's daydreaming and lack of situational awareness led her to accidentally cause a five-mirror pile up. Her immediate reaction was to throw yet another tantrum. It was perhaps her most short-lived tantrum yet, and the mirrors who'd tripped over her responded by chasing her all the way back to the Tangled Wood. Whether they'd meant to scare her off for good was irrelevant - Gwen decided once again that it was time to move on.
Shocked and a little dazed from her latest adventure, Gwen was starting to regret her tendency to make rash decisions. No way could she face home, but maybe it would help to spend some time with another clan in the Arcanist's domain.
Set against the back of the Observatory itself, Gwen made a new home among the dragons who called themselves only the Clan. There, she learned a new reverence for her origins - the Clan was deeply devoted to the Arcanist, and while Gwen never learned to love Him with as much fervor as many of her clanmates, she did gain true respect and thoughtfulness.
